Maybe it wasn't perfect. Maybe many things can be done better. Not everything was as it should have been. Some people will say that the rooms are too small and that something is wrong. But it was wonderful for me and my family. Family atmosphere. Every day I passed the same people who run the family hotel with passion and every day they get up early in the morning and go to bed later than us. Wonderful hospitable people with good hearts, always nice and always smiling. A bed room is only a place to sleep, but the atmosphere in such a place is priceless. It doesn't matter where, but with whom, and that's probably the whole beauty and charm of this place.

The hotel location is quiet, easy to park in the hotel courtyard or outside on the street next to the hotel. The bed is confortable, the bathroom has all equipment needed, great room size of double room for couple with a baby and a dog. Staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast are good and good choice of food. If we will be around we will stay in this hotel again. We had perfect experience with the hotel and can only recommande. thank you to all hotel team

The guys in reception were very friendly, they gave us all the details we needed to reach Venice. I hadn't booked for breakfast, so I don't know. The room was clean and decent. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and very clean! The bus station for the bus to Venice was down the stairs. It was a route about 30 to 40 minutes. The bus was there every 10 to 20 mins. It's not like staying in Venice, but it was ok for the price.

The location was great, there were many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy around the place but most importantly the bus (7/7E) taking us directly to Venice was just stopping in front of the Hotel. The staff at the frontdesk (especially the one in evening shift) was friendly and kind and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms are well equipped with all the toiletries, coffee, tea, water boiling kettle and even a microwave.

Lots of good advice from the staff on travel in my free time and the hotel shuttle service. The breakfast was good every day with plenty of variety to suit everyone's taste. Most other accommodation that I have used in Italy normally give a very meagre breakfast. Short and regular bus service to Venice a few yards from the Hotel. An easy 22 minute walk to the main railway station.
